Having heard these words often from the mouths of beekers, I have decided to step into the boundless world that is the internet, the limitless hearth of knowledge that is the library and trudged up some information on it. Here's what I found:

Etymology: Composed of Hokkien root words: "没" or "bo", and what can only be guessed as "叫" or "kio".

1. To forget or leave someone out in the gathering for an activity:
"Wah lan eh.. The girls bo jio us for their sexy boob-ful brainy beautiful slumber ice-cream party sia."-adjective
2. Describes someone who is being an asshole and deliberately leaving people out:
"Kaoz.. he went for the girls' ice cream party alone. He damn bo jio leh."-interjection
3. Used to fully express the strong feelings of abandonment:
