most probably chem and bio engineers were smart enough to jump out of engineering and ended up as bankers or smth..
so says the undergrad who finds programming fun.
but seriously i think engineering's the most contradictory faculty. More than half of us take an engineering degree -knowing- for sure we are definitely not going to do engineering anyway.
which makes studying for it even more tedious.. as you're reading, you think: "i won't even be needing this crap i'm studying next time.."
which makes getting a degree this way pretty dumb imo.. what ever happened to the old way of apprenticeship where you decide to learn what you want, and start doing what you need to learn for a living..
but then again, what am I doing here in engine.. *sigh* i don't even like maths
